iFixit et Chipworks, the two major U.S. websites about dismantling of electronic devices of all kinds, have both recently shelled iPhone 4S not to mention its GPS chipset.
Yet, in a new page of its website concerning the technical specifications of the iPhone 4S, on its website, Apple announces October 19 th location based on assisted GPS and GLONASS. Damned !

The Iridium driver in Mac OS X Lion : details

I was alerted by several users unable to install the driver provided by MailaSail (*) to set Iridium connection with Mac OS 10.7 Lion. While install processing, the driver requires the presence of the iSync utility without which it will not install.
