Actually, since a few days the renewal was reduced to one year. Fugawi commercial service, which manages the charting website X-Traverse, explains :
We were lucky at X-Traverse to have been granted a wider time frame for renewals from Navionics as an introductory offer for early 2013. We were «catching up» for a long period of months were we did not have any 50% discounted renewal program to match the 50% discount Navionics offered in the Freshest Data program.

Actually, both ! The major updates are the subject of a mail Fugawi (address newsletter@fugawi.com must be whitelisted in your email. Some updates are not documented corrective. It is still quite rare.
This is bad news you are announcing here. So it was too good. With subscription still current for 300 about days, I was told that there was no urgency to make a subscription renewal. Well apparently I was wrong. Damage.
Regarding the comment of John the port of Roscoff, it is up to date on the latest common cards. A SHIFT is surely necessary for him. I'd share it because I believe we are on the same dock at the port. It's pretty weird to be on this site.
